Even as a Fitness Cover Model and one of the Top Fitness Competitors in the world I used to have butt problems.
People would never know it by looking at me now, but my butt used to be flat and saggy in all the wrong places!
Yep before I was a fitness cover model and started winning fitness competitions the judges comments always came back to my butt and thighs and how they simply did not meet expectations.
They were not tight and lifted like the winning competitors. After every show I would ask the judges what I needed to work on. Judge after judge would say tighten and lift your butt and thighs.
I was so frustrated because I worked out all the time doing squats and lunges but still couldn’t find the fix to get my stubborn butt to lift and tighten.
To my surprise, I found out that most other women had the same problem with developing a round, firm and shapely butt.
After working with thousands of women as a Personal Trainer I have discovered that most women are like I was before I stumbled on a solution that actually worked.
